A day cycling
Today I felt like a good cycle, so I went to Ardmore airport and gave the legs a workout. Haha had you fooled. While I do enjoy cycling to Ardmore Aerodrome, I could only muster 30 mins on the indoor trainer while viewing a YouTube video of someone cycling in Spain.
