The necessities to running and using technology come hand in hand for people like myself. I run and need to monitor how I’ve done- simple. Using a GPS watch to log my training or event run then uploading it to the app I use to review the results later.
Capturing the training run or event I’ve participated in using either the mobile or action camera.
Needless to say, that while out for those long runs-I’m talking about over 10k+ for me, I must have some form of music to listen with that will reduce the mental thoughts for long periods of time. My go to’s:
